GT Artistry Studio offers a unique space at an affordable rate in the heart of the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. The facility is available for hourly and daily rental and is rented in 1 hour chunks with a 2 hour minimum.

The large versatile room features a 20ft mirrored wall and 11ft. ceilings. The kitchen, laundry, and bathroom are available for use. The space has been used as a photo/video studio, art/dance/yoga studio, event venue, gallery space, office space, and for lessons/class/rehearsal, etc. The room is available for use daily 8am-10pm with a 30 person capacity.

RATES:
$15hr week days 8am-5pm
$25hr evening and weekends.
