The Nassau G train subway station is on the corner. Tons of parking. We are directly on a Manhattan Avenue, two blocks from Bedford avenue, Starbucks, Associated Supermarket, two Rite-Aid stores, hardware stores, 7 major banks right on the Williamsburg/ Greenpoint border.
The Ballroom can accommodate 150 people standing, 100 seated at tables.

We have an additional listed space, our Game Room, that can also be rented out (for a fee) and can be added to this room to increase your available space with an extra bathroom, smoking room, lounge space, dining room, serving kitchen, and lobby.
We include a 25 seat leather lounge with gorgeous Barcelona Chairs.
We include 100 dining chairs and 10 – 8ft tables for your guests.
We include extra tables for your DJ, your cake, your gifts, and your food.
The tables are rectangular 96”L x 30”W x 29”H
The chairs are commercial black folding chairs that can hold 800lbs each.
The Ballroom features two lighted mirror stations that can be used as a food buffet and drinks bar.
We include stands for one photo backdrop. (Backgrounds not included)
AUDIO AND VIDEO:
We include a large mobile plasma screen television with HDMI connection.
We include professional DJ speakers with Bluetooth connectivity for pairing with phones, computers, and tablets.
We include professional grade, zero-delay, wireless connection equipment for your professional sound board or DJ mixing console.
We include wireless microphones for your announcements or Karaoke.
We include party lights: a beautiful laser light show, fog machine, moving light beams, UV party lights, spinning confetti lights, and multi color lights.
FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT:
We include a 4 foot ice table to hold your drinks. (Ice not included)
We include a heated stone hot plate to keep 6-9 large trays warm.
We include tongs, spatulas and serving spoons.
We include extra tables to hold cakes, desserts, and gifts.
We include plenty of trash carts to toss your trash and recyclables.
As a photo studio, we have different ways of renting out this studio.
We have hourly rates that are in use during the majority of the week.
The Ballroom rents for $75 per hour and includes our game room studio (as long as it’s not been booked) as an additional production space.
This rate is for production, creative, or commercial use, and we have rental equipment available upon request.
You can rent it for one hour at a time with no minimums
Monday through Thursday, during the hours of 9am-9pm
Friday from 9am-5pm.
During overnights, after hours (after 9pm), weekends, and holidays, we rent out the studio with flat rates.
Weekend Daytime flat rate:
Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-5pm is $550
Weekend Evening flat rates:
Friday night flat rate is $750
Saturday night flat rate is $1100
Sunday night flat rate is $650
NECESSARY FOR A FULL BAR = $100
If you are planning on setting up a full bar, you will need to have a license. This means a compliance officer with a license in his pocket to verify IDs and ensures that you and your guests stay safe and enjoy your party. We use verification software from Intellicheck ID and we include verification wristbands for each guest.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: OPTIONAL = $100
You will have a person come and set up your furniture, maintain it clean, and break the furniture down at the end. Your party space will be cleaned at the beginning, middle and end. If you would like to save money, the easiest way is to do the cleaning, setup, and breakdown yourself.
