We have multiple spaces within the property available for rent. There are smaller “open space” spaces that are excellent for long and short term rentals for creative projects, photo shoots, and other similar activities. There is a large 2,500 SF historic ballroom located within the building that has been used for photo shoots, dance and film rehearsals, and set building for movies. Hourly rates are available as well as longer term multi day/week rental options.
