Choose from two beautiful spaces with unlimited potential. Whether you’re holding an art exhibit, film screening, private party, rehearsal, seminar, workshop, or any other type of special event, our rental spaces are the perfect option for you and your guests. Studio A contains 1,000 square feet of space with four sets of beautiful French doors that open into a gorgeous garden patio area. Studio B has 800 square feet of space with columns in the middle and street visibility.

Dance Birthday Parties
Do you want to have your birthday party at Pacific Arts Center & Dance Studios? Our studio boasts 1,000 square feet of fun for the affordable rate of just $100 per hour. This rental fee includes our large and spacious studio as well as tables, chairs, and all your furnishing needs to host the best party ever. In addition, we’re able to provide dance instructors for a fun day of dancing, fun, and entertainment.
