We are an industrial venue specializing in creative, custom gatherings which are as unique as the people themselves: intimate out-of-the-box weddings, corporate off-site or team building meetings, pop-up markets, photo/filming shoots, workshops and music events.

We are a home away from home: A space which feels bright & airy, and fosters imagination, inspiration and creativity. A space which can be rearranged to suit your needs to a make your time here the best it can possibly be. With 20ft high ceilings, and a huge glass garage door opening on to bike-way through the city the space feels like it is in its own world with tons of natural light bouncing around the venue.

The space is a 1700 ft sq with one main large room including a small kitchenette, as well as two additional rooms to the back. All furniture in the space is included when renting.

Depending on the set up, the space could fit up to 75.
