About the Space

Large Studio space boasting over 1900 square feet of open studio space. It features 2 cycloramas, private lobby with seating, green room for hair and makeup, full restroom equipped with a shower, 14 ft. garage door for loading equipment, 16′ ceiling with a lighting truss support system with a load limit of 1200 lbs, 15’ black curtains on a track, and complimentary Wifi.

Two studio spaces are available for rental. Crew and equipment is also available, per your production needs. Our inventory of professional equipment available for rental includes a removable 8’X16’ stage, 4K and HD video cameras, cinema lenses, LED lighting, sound equipment, projector, backdrops, and more for your photography and video production needs!

This space is perfect for video productions, photography shoots, banquets, events, workshops, parties, and conferences. Our studio is located just south of Houston, off of I-45 in League City.

No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Projects involving smoke machines must have prior consent from management.

Music is to be kept at reasonable levels during normal business hours.
No pets are allowed without prior approval from management.
All small and/or hard-to-clean materials (glitter, confetti, haircutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from management. A cleaning fee applies.
Parking in designated areas only.
Renter is responsible for studio equipment setup and tear down.

• No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative.
• Music is to be kept at reasonable levels during normal business hours.
• No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
• No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative.
• All small and/or hard-to-clean materials (glitter, confetti, haircutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from the company representative. A cleaning fee may apply.
• Parking in designated areas only.
• Renter is responsible for studio lighting setup and tear down.
OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
