1-2 persons: $100/hr
3-9 persons: $120/hr
10-14 persons: $150/hr
15-19 persons: $200/hr
20-25 persons: $250/hr
26-29 persons: $265/hr
30-125 persons: $300/hr

Overtime (10 hours+) rate is 1.5x.

Rentals past 11PM are overtime rate.

Rates include use of entire studio (main room + furnished loft set) as well as ladder, diffusion curtains, and black-out curtains.

Rate also includes an on-site rep to be available during the duration of your rental period in case you have any questions or issues.

Cleaning fees may vary depending on the project. $40 flat is our general rate, but do let us know what you have planned so we can adjust accordingly.
