Consider renting out this contemporary warehouse for your next private or public event. Situated in the burgeoning west end of the Junction Triangle, our space offers a 2000+ sq. ft. main space with 14 ft. wood ceilings, polished concrete floors, and a huge front garage door + a smaller back space with a domestic kitchen and seating area. We also have a 500 sq. ft. storage area with a large loading bay off of a laneway that can be converted for many uses.

We’re open to hosting private functions, office parties, weddings, film shoots, dinners, parties, and other cultural events. Our facility has a PA system available for rent (with microphones and a CD player) that can accommodate small bands, as well as a DJ or iProduct setup. We have a ceiling mount and pre-rigged projector for a large display on our feature wall available for rent.
